One of the best places to eat sa ho fan without having to go all the way to downtown Lima.nnAll their dishes are delicious and their portions are large.

Totally disappointing.nI ordered siu mai, served on unpretentious crockery... the steam lacked moisture, accompanied by a basic sauce.nA special chaufa rice that looked more like washed rice accompanied by dry meats and shrimp.nThe rice was a complete flop.nAnd the main course was kalum wanthan.nIt was a bed of poorly made wanthan, like a sheet layered on top of each other.nThe wanthan lacked filling and was a bit of a tamarind sauce.nThe only redeeming quality was the Inka Kola.nIt was somewhat disappointing to return to my beloved Peru and find a terrible chifa restaurant.nI called the hostess to speak with the manager, but he never arrived.nApparently they had another complaint.nIt's a shame because I've always been a regular at Wa Lok, but on Capón Street.nPlease train or replace the manager and cooks.
