I was planning to celebrate a special moment in my life on Saturday, June 14, 2025, so I contacted customer service via WhatsApp and asked for the digital menu to learn about the available options and decide which dish suited us best, with the idea of simply arriving at the place already prepared.nnMy first question was about the digital menu and the kimchi. Unfortunately, the service I received seemed unfriendly, even rude, and I felt there was no willingness to inform or help someone who approached me as a potential new customer.nnFor this reason, I have decided to look elsewhere and will choose another Asian restaurant. I have attached screenshots of the full chat; it was brief, but enough to form an impression.nnI sincerely hope they improve their customer service, as the way I was treated is not adequate or what one would expect from an establishment seeking to grow and retain new customers.
