They never answer WhatsApp for delivery requests, nor do they provide answers about products or the menu. I don't know how they intend to sell.

The rice is delicious, BUT, we paid 7,000 pesos for shrimp, and they sent us a squashed plastic cup with 6 shrimp in it. How disrespectful to customers to do that.

Very bad, they don't know how to prepare the vegetables, they give you pure sliced zucchini, nothing to do with it, the lupias stuffed with rice have no roots, and the rice is pure mortadella.nWhat a bad experience, I don't recommend it.

Terrible service, I spent an hour trying to request an address through WhatsApp, I had to call repeatedly to ask them to please confirm the order, they asked me to make the payment and when I did, they stopped responding to WhatsApp. I called again 10 minutes after making the payment, they told me that they had not been able to confirm that I had to pay again and that they could not send me the order, after I had made the payment through Nequi. I almost have to physically go to the place to make the claim. Finally they called me to confirm the payment and that they were going to send the address, but it was delayed, in the end I spent more than two hours trying to place an order, waiting for the address and fighting to receive my food...
