We placed our order through PedidosYa two hours ago. This isn't our first time buying, nor is it the first time this has happened. They push the delivery time of your food every half hour. Just so you know, it takes at least two hours.

We ordered two Chao Fan promotions + a vegetable spring roll through Rappi, where this restaurant (GDS) calls itself Asian Vegan. They brought us the Chao Fan with two MEAT spring rolls, even though they are supposedly a vegan restaurant. When we called the restaurant to ask for them to replace the spring rolls, they told us they couldn't do it and that they were offering us a 15% discount on our next purchase, without taking responsibility for their mistake. When we mentioned that they were responsible and that we would pick up the corresponding menu ourselves, they told us that the manager was on leave and couldn't replace the two spring rolls because we had already opened them (when it's obvious that you can't know the taste of a spring roll without opening it, and this is supposed to be a vegan restaurant). Terrible service, terrible attention from the woman on the phone and the person dictating to her from behind, and terrible food.

The food is always abundant, but this time they made a big mistake. They offer a combo with 500ml Drink + Bao that when it doesn't come and you claim it, they don't take care of it. Do not order through the website, and if you order through OrdersNow, try to review. They have a WhatsApp but they don't take charge either. They offered a discount on the next purchase, which does not apply, because if they did not comply, they are very quick to collect.
