The food has deteriorated dramatically; the new owners aren't up to par. I ordered takeout, and the rice was super dry and the shrimp were almost spoiled. The lumpia was burnt and tough. The vegetables that should have been cooked but were crunchy were mushy. The sweet and sour sauce tasted off, and the sweet and sour pork was salty and dripping with oil. In short, I don't recommend it.
