I love this restaurant, elegant and spectacular, first-class service, super-pleasing music, good drinks, and delicious food. We always order the lettuce tacos, fried rice, and the duck, which is the star of the show!!!

Dear Hunan Team,nnI'm writing to share a recent, unsatisfactory experience I had during my visit to your restaurant on Sunday. While I chose Hunan for its reputation for service and quality, unfortunately, this time my experience was far from what I expected.nnFrom the moment I arrived, the service was practically nonexistent. The waiter who greeted me, Mr. Alejandro, served only the first course and did not return to the table for the rest of the visit. On several occasions, my requests were ignored or poorly attended to: for example, I asked for an Orangeade without ice and it was served with ice. I also noticed that attention to detail was lacking, as other items I requested arrived incorrectly and were cold.nnUnfortunately, this lack of service ruined an experience that, in another context, could have been memorable. I firmly believe that an essential part of a restaurant of this caliber is to offer not only good food but also attentive, respectful, and professional service. This clearly wasn't met on this occasion, as the prices were high for the service I received. To be honest, not even the managers noticed that we, like many others, were dissatisfied with the service they provided.nnI share these comments with the utmost respect and with the hope that they will serve to improve the service for future diners.
