This place was recommended to me by a friend. I've tried it three times and have some insight into the positives and the negatives. Let's start with the positives. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the prices are reasonable, especially for this area, and three of the five dishes I've eaten here are absolutely delicious, well-prepared, and intricate [lemongrass curry, veg roll, raquitos appetizer].nnOn the other hand, the Poke Bowl was absolutely dry, lacking in flavor, and couldn't be improved no matter what I tried to add to it. The edamame is also oily and unremarkable.nnThe biggest drawback is the service, which is very confusing. I think many people trying to help the same tables, and the orders and who ordered what are overlooked or confused by them. On all three occasions, the servers who initially took my order never met again [only perhaps for my car on the other side of the restaurant].nnOn the first visit, someone who was supposed to be my server took my drink order, and then someone else introduced themselves as the server and asked me to give them my drink order. By then, I had changed my mind, going from water to lemonade, but I ended up getting both. The initial server never came back even though he said he would check on a question I had. On another occasion, I had to get my drink from four different people, and it didn't arrive until I was finished with my entree.nnWhen they bring the bill, someone uses a tablet to ask you to rate your experience, and it gets overwhelming because you're trying to retrieve the tablet at the same time you're paying, but they want answers to about 5-7 questions.nnI can see they're trying to work together on small things like retrieving dirty dishes, but the servers should be keeping their tables and checking back to make sure everything is okay, as they are reliable.

Simply spectacular! The food, the service, the location. We had to wait for a table, but they take your information and let you know when it's ready. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Definitely a place to return to! Congratulations!!!

I had the opportunity to try this place with my partner, but the experience wasn't what I expected. It was a very nice place but overrated. The batayaki ramen is more like an Italian dish, with pasta loaded with butter, pork loin, and parmesan cheese. Nothing out of this world for a restaurant with an Asian emphasis. The dishes were served late, a huge mistake because the first thing they tell you is that it's a place for sharing.

Great food. We order food for sharing. Somewhat expensive.
