It stays very crowded on the weekends and it takes forever to serve the food

I already made them see on one occasion and it's still the same, I bought min soup and it brought two shrimp, that was all it brought and the same with the san cho pao it doesn't come with anything.

The service is shit and I order chopsticks like 70 thousand times and they don't send them to me and they only send 1 hot sauce and 1 soy sauce...!!!nThat's ugly, as if one would not be buying from them, bad, bad, bad service..... .
