Their app-based takeout service is a shame.nIt takes forever to prepare food when you order through an app. It's incredible that they don't start preparing it until the delivery person arrives, and they have them waiting there for up to 30 minutes.nIf you can afford it, don't order through an app. I don't recommend it.

I stood for 20 minutes at the entrance of the restaurant (empty, by the way), and no hostess showed up. Waiters saw me standing there and none of them approached me to offer me a table. I'd have preferred to go to Campomar.
