A tiny hole in the wall type of place where you'll receive good service and unique tasting food.nnThe food is sort of a Mexicanized versión of Americanized Chinese type food. For example, the egg roll has the typical cabbage and bits of minced meat in it, however the wrapper has cinnamon. It makes for a unique combination of sweet and savory.nnKung Pao Chicken is the usual item I'll order when eating at a new Chinese restaurants like this to determine the overall taste. Its a dish that I'm used to being savory, with a very slight hint of sweet, some spice from the chili, and proper proportions of vegetable, peanut, and the chicken meat.nnSo on the first visit ordered a Kung Pao Chicken special that comes with fried rice and an egg roll. As mentioned previously, the egg roll is a unique with its cinnamon infused wrapper. The fried rice is just that rice that's been fried. Usually there's at least egg that's used in fried rice and sometimes a bit of vegetables. Not in this. Well at least not as the side for the special as in the menu there are options to order fried rice with various different ingredients. As for the Kung Pao Chicken, it had an overall good proportion of ingredients which were chicken, onion, broccoli, peanuts, and carrots. The sauce however was extremely sweet. It did have a few chilis but didn't make a difference. Thankfully, they had brought a chilli and garlic in vinegar, which I spooned onto it generously. That gave it more familiar to be spicy flavor.nnThis is a very small place and there are only 4 tables, two of which are side by side that would accommodate a party of 6. They recently relocated and they said that they do plan to increase the indoor seating by removing a wall.nnParking ️ is limited to street parking.nnThe price is very reasonable and most dishes were less than 200 Mexican Pesos.nnFun fact: The owner is the cook and is the son of the Lady that used to own the Tang's Cuisine. When I was young, my mother would take me there on occasion and I believe was friends or at least knew her.nnOverall, a great little place for tast Mexican American type of Chinese food. Definitely try an egg roll when you go here.
